Effective August 28, 2026

Free educational use

The Hebrew is provided by My Spirit Led Life, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation. It has no subscription or in-app purchase.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of The Hebrew app and this website. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is an independent Scripture reading and source-study resource. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice and does not claim official affiliation with another religious organization, Bible publisher, lexicon publisher, or Bible app.

2. Limited license to use the app

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party content licenses, the provider grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for lawful personal, religious, research, and educational purposes.

No permission is granted to remove required source credits, sell the app's bundled content, bypass protected-edition controls, misrepresent the translation as an official edition of another organization, introduce malicious code, or use the app or its content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

3. Official read-only edition

The built-in Karaite Messianic Hebrew Scripture is read only. Readers can study and copy the text, but cannot change its official wording in the current public release.

4. Sources, attribution, and intellectual property

The app's English translation, study presentation, software, interface, documentation, and Fact Sheets are the provider's educational work. Third-party Hebrew and Greek source, lexical, font, icon, and other materials remain subject to their public-domain status or stated licenses and attribution requirements.

Reference to another source, platform, publisher, lexicon, or operating system does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

5. Responsible use

Readers agree to:

  • use the app lawfully and for its intended study purposes;
  • review content and source evidence before relying on or sharing it;
  • avoid sending secrets or unnecessary personal information to support;
  • respect content licenses and the rights of other people; and
  • avoid conduct that interferes with the app, website, or support channel.

6. Educational and warranty disclaimers

Scripture, translation, transliteration, morphology, lexical information, historical research, software behavior, and source mappings deserve careful review and may contain errors, omissions, disputed readings, or differences of interpretation. Readers remain responsible for independent evaluation.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives a non-waivable consumer right.

8. Georgia law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where a reader resides are not waived.

The app may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. These Terms may be updated prospectively by posting a new effective date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent allowed by law.
